- •Users are solely responsible for verifying the identity, credentials, and trustworthiness of other users before engaging in any arrangement.
- •We do not guarantee the accuracy of user profiles, listings, or reviews.
- •Any disputes between users must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
- •We strongly recommend that users obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their property and pets.

Booking Terms
- A booking is only confirmed when both parties have paid the €7.50 service fee within 24 hours of acceptance.
- Cancellations must be made through the platform to be valid.
- The service fee is non-refundable except in cases of platform error or fraud.
- Users are encouraged to communicate through the platform's messaging system until the booking is confirmed.
