Hi! We're Cynthia and Michael, a married couple from the United States who have decided to embrace a new chapter of life filled with travel, adventure, and meaningful experiences! After spending years working professionally with animals, we decided it was time to explore more of the world. House and pet sitting feels like the perfect way to combine two things we love: traveling and caring for animals. We're traveling with our two small dogs, Twyla and Alfie, who are accustomed to being around other dogs. They're part of our little family, and we always make sure any potential house sit is a comfortable fit for everyone involved. We're especially drawn to slow travel. Rather than rushing from one tourist attraction to another, we enjoy spending time in local neighborhoods, exploring different cultures, discovering hidden gems, and experiencing everyday life in new places. We're responsible, respectful, easygoing, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. We understand that every pet has its own personality and routine, and we're happy to accommodate those little quirks that make them special! We also understand how important it is to feel confident about who's caring for your pets and home. We treat both with the same respect and attention we'd want for our own, and we consistently share photos and updates through WhatsApp so owners can relax knowing their animals are in good hands. Whether you're heading away for a weekend, a few weeks, or an extended trip, we'd love to help give you peace of mind while enjoying the opportunity to experience your corner of the world. Cynthia, Michael, Twyla & Alfie 🐾 Experience: Between us, we have extensive professional experience caring for animals of different ages, breeds, temperaments, and individual needs. Cynthia has over 10 years of experience as a professional dog groomer and grooming manager, while Michael has over 6 years of experience managing a dog daycare and boarding facility. Our experience includes overnight and extended boarding, in-home pet visits, grooming, bathing, pet transportation, veterinary appointments, and caring for senior dogs and animals with special requirements. We've also cared for cats and other animals, including miniature goats. We're comfortable following established routines, recognizing changes in behavior, and communicating with owners about their pets' well-being. We have excellent references from pet owners and our former employer, who trusted us with their animals, homes, and business.
